Typically, grooming appointments are scheduled based on the availability of our grooming specialists during your preferred time frame. However, we understand the importance of continuity and rapport with your preferred groomer. If you have a specific groomer you prefer, please let us know when booking your appointment, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on their availability. In the event that your preferred groomer is unavailable during your requested time, we’ll offer alternative options or suggest alternative available time slots. Our priority is to ensure your pet receives the best care possible, regardless of the groomer assigned.

We welcome puppies for grooming appointments once they have completed all of their necessary rounds of shots. Typically, puppies are ready for their first grooming appointment around 3 months of age. To ensure your puppy’s comfort and a positive grooming experience, we encourage you to bring them in for baths and nail trims prior to their first haircut appointment. These introductory visits help familiarize your puppy with our grooming environment and make future appointments enjoyable for them.

Yes, if your dog needs a special shampoo, feel free to bring it from home for us to use!

Yes! If your pet has a grooming appointment at 11:30am or later they can have one daycare session in the morning before their pampering. We do ask that you drop them off no later than 8am in order to be a part of the morning daycare group.
