Happy pets. Happy clients.

I have trusted Chisolm Creek Pet Resort to take care of my dogs, Bella and Baylie, for years. They are entertained at daycare at least two days per week and are frequent overnight visitors when I am out of town. The entire team takes care of my girls like they were their own. The obedience training and grooming are also top-notch! Best pet care facility in Wichita without question!!

I get to go to Chisholm Creek Pet Resort for my vacations. I get to run and play with my other friends at the resort when I am there because my mom and dad signed me up for daycamp when I stay there. I live on a lake and when I am at daycamp I get to work on my swimming skills so when I get home and go in our lake, I am ready to go swimming again! Thanks – Love and Licks

I’ve taken my pets here for years! They genuinely care and provide amazing care & love for my pets! I feel like they are part of my extended family, so I have no hesitation leaving my dog in their care!

My dog Daisy had a wonderful experience at Chisholm Creek Pet Resort. She had a private luxury suite and we appreciated the webcam availability. Being away from our precious little angel was very difficult so it was nice to be able to see her while we were thousands of miles away. The staff are very attentive and interactive with the pets here. If we ever need to board her again, Chisholm Creek Pet Resort will definitely be our only choice.

When Hunter was 5 months old, he started attending what we still call “Puppy Camp”. Now if I say it I better mean it, because he runs around the house like crazy after 5 years. He loves everything at Chisholm Creek Pet Resort including spending the night. Well, everything but coming back in from the pond anyway!

Other than my Dad’s office my favorite away from home is Chisholm Creek Pet Resort. I get to run and play and meet many new friends. The nice people at Chisholm Creek even tuck me in at night and I get a bedtime snack. I know Mom and Dad like the place too. They can rest assured that I am getting the attention I deserve. I will be seeing you soon.

FAQs

You can stop by for a tour Monday – Friday from 10 am – 4 pm. If you need to schedule a tour outside of these hours, give us a call and we can schedule an appointment!

As a result of the special hands-on care, comfortable accommodations, competent & well-trained team, the quality of the facility, and the number of personalized activities we offer, our guests usually adapt very well and enjoy the wonderful experience of being part of our family. If you have any concerns, please feel free to stop by anytime during business hours for a tour of our boarding accommodations and facility.

All of our canine guests are fed Purina Pro Plan dog food during their stay. If your pet is on a special diet, or they have a particular food they enjoy, you are welcome to provide your pet’s regular food. If you choose to bring your own food, please pack the food in a sealed container or a sealable bag. Feeding time is early morning and mid-afternoon. Pets can be fed once or twice a day. For those pets that are grazers, we can leave a bowl of food for them to nibble on throughout the day. We are happy to accommodate your pet should they need specific feeding instructions. It is recommended you limit the amount of food you provide your pet on the day of admission due to the natural excitement your pet may experience upon arrival at Chisholm Creek Pet Resort. Likewise, food and water should be limited for the first hour or two after your pet arrives home. This will allow your pet ample time to settle down before feeding.

Activity and bathing requests should be made at the time the reservation is made. Current vaccination records for Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHLPP), Bordetella, and Canine Influenza should be requested by your vet to be faxed or emailed before your arrival date. Our fax number is (316) 854-5427 and email is info@chisholmcreekpetresort.com. When dropping your pet off, please make sure to provide contact numbers just in case we need to contact you.

During certain busy seasons and holidays, we require a $50 deposit to guarantee your pet’s reservation. That deposit will be deducted from your balance upon departure. If you need to change or cancel a reservation, please notify us at least 7 days in advance to avoid the forfeiture of your deposit.

If your pet should require medical attention while in our care, we make every attempt to contact you or your emergency contact. If we are unable to reach you, our customary procedure is to contact your veterinarian. All charges incurred will be your responsibility. If it is an emergency, we will take your pet to the closest veterinarian.

Dogs: We require proof of vaccination for Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella. We also highly recommend the Canine Influenza vaccination.

Cats: We require proof of vaccination for Feline Distemper and Rabies.

For reservations, you can request through our customer portal or call us at (316) 618-9490. Our reservation specialists will be happy to discuss all of the lodging, grooming, and daycare options that Chisholm Creek Pet Resort has to offer! Holiday and peak reservations should be made well in advance and require a deposit.

We have many great options to keep your pet entertained and exercised during its stay with us. For an additional cost, your pet can participate in our day camp program or individual walks.

We supply Kuranda Beds, (a raised cot), and bedding for all dogs and cats that stay with us, so no need to worry about them not having any comfy bedding. We ask that you please do not bring any bedding or belongings from home. You may to bring a t-shirt that smells like you as a comfort, a nylabone or antler for those that are prone to chewing. Limiting items brought is to help keep you as well as our staff as safe as possible.

Most boarding kennels are closed on Sundays, but as a courtesy to our customers, we provide checkout hours from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Like hotels, our rates are based on the day of lodging, not as an overnight charge, therefore you will be charged a day of lodging if you are picking up on a Sunday or after 12 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

Kerri is a lifelong dog lover and can’t imagine life without them! Her current “pack” consists of an old hound dog named Ward and a little black cat named Killakee, along with her son Roland. Together they all equally enjoy long walks in the neighborhood or a chill day at home playing video games. Kerri originates from our Coleman location in Mount Pleasant, where she has worked since 2013, and she has known many My Three Dogs regulars since they were puppies!
